Published by HughsArt.com Ltd the prints are taken from original works by Hugh Cushing, and printed under his supervision on quality art paper. Limited editions are signed and numbered by the artist. Unlimited editions (unless otherwise stated) are only signed. Hugh has made best efforts to ensure that in this digital gallery the colours and tones you see reflect those in the prints. Hugh Cushing reserves copyright for all prints and originals. B. Making a purchase. 1 By credit card Using the secure server PayPal. Click on Add to Cart button for any item you wish to buy, viewing the cart’s contents whenever you wish, it’s easy to change your mind about any item or quit completely until you confirm your purchase, which is the final thing you’ll be asked to do. If you’re a first time user PayPal will ask you to register, a bit of a bore but then the only time you’ll have to do so on this or other sites using PayPal. 2 To pay by cheque To pay by cheque use the order from Hugh button (useful to take a note of what you want to buy first) and enter your order and details in the form provided. This you can either email or print and post. On it’s arrival you will receive confirmation by email, you should not send payment before you get this. C. Pricing information In the gallery, all prices, which include packing and postage, are in pounds sterling. The PayPal secure server will convert your currency to the UK pound equivalent on its server. Taxes or excise duties liable in the country of reception outside the EU are the responsibility of the purchaser. D. Delivery Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of cheques or within 10 working days of secure server payment. Delivery in the UK will normally be within 5 days of dispatch and in western Europe a further 7 days. Delivery for other international orders cannot be as readily calculated but 28 days seems likely. E Guarantee of Returns If for any reason goods are not to your liking they may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are sent by reputable carrier and at your expense to – hughsart.com Ltd, 8 Connaught Terrace,. Privacy policy I collect information about you only to enable me to process your order, to keep you informed of latest site developments and to provide you with my best service. On the order forms you will find the opportunity to refuse marketing email from me. The sort of information I will collect from you will be: your name, phone number and home, email and delivery addresses. I do not collect your credit/debit card details. PayPal collects this information on a secure server. PayPal processes your order and sends me only your order details.
